How do I request a ride?
Use the Request Transportation form or call our team. Share the basics — who is riding, where, and when — and we will contact you to confirm availability and details. A request is not a confirmed booking until our team confirms it with you.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. Advance notice helps us match the right schedule to your appointment. For recurring treatment, we recommend setting up your standing schedule before your first visit.
Can a family member or caregiver book for me?
Yes. Family members, caregivers and care teams can request transportation on behalf of a passenger. Please share the best contact number for the passenger and for yourself.
Can I set up rides for recurring appointments?
Yes. Recurring treatment transportation is designed for standing schedules such as dialysis or therapy. Tell us the days and times, and we will work with you to set it up.
How do I change or cancel a trip?
Contact our team as early as possible. Our cancellation policy will be shared when your trip is confirmed.
